BuyDTFonline is operated by SAPEX LLC. These terms apply to our website, builder and custom DTF printing orders. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. You must be legally able to enter into the order, including when ordering for a business.
Your artwork stays yours
You keep the rights you hold in the artwork and other material you send us. Uploading a file or buying printed transfers does not transfer ownership of your artwork to BuyDTFonline.
You give us permission to store, process, reproduce and print your files as needed to prepare and fulfill your order, provide support and handle order-related issues. Our service providers may process files for those purposes. This is a limited permission to carry out your order, not a transfer of ownership or permission to resell your artwork. We will not add your private artwork to our public design library or use it in marketing without separate permission.
You are responsible for what you submit
For every file, design, text, image, photograph, logo, trademark, font or other material you supply, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have the permissions and licenses needed for the printing and use you request. This includes commercial use and resale when you plan to sell the finished products, and permission to use another person's image where required.
You are responsible for the content and legality of the material you submit. Do not send material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights, or that is unlawful. A file being available online, purchased from another seller or accepted by our builder does not by itself establish permission to print it.
We may ask for evidence of permission or decline content that appears to violate these terms. Accepting a file or order does not mean we have checked or cleared its intellectual property rights. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your breach of the rights and permissions commitments above. This does not cover claims caused by our use of your material outside the permission you gave us.
Designs from our library
Library designs are offered for ordering printed transfers. Purchasing a transfer does not give you ownership of the library artwork or a separate license to distribute its digital file. The responsibility described above for supplied artwork applies to material you submit yourself.
Check the file and order before paying
Review the dimensions, quantities, spelling, transparency, resolution and arranged sheets. We print from the files and settings submitted; artwork editing is not included unless we agree to it separately. A low-resolution image does not gain detail when enlarged. Screen colors can differ from printed colors. See our file requirements and test a sample if you need to assess the print before ordering a batch.
Prices, payment and changes
Prices are shown in US dollars. The builder shows the printing estimate; the final order total, shipping charges and applicable taxes appear at checkout. Check the cart quantity as well as the quantities inside your sheet.
Custom orders are made to your specifications. Contact us promptly if you notice a mistake after ordering; changes or cancellation are not guaranteed. Our refund policy explains how order concerns and compensation are handled.
Printing and delivery
We print and ship orders placed before 1 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Friday, the same day. Carrier transit time is separate. Review our shipping policy and the delivery option at checkout, especially for an event or customer deadline.
Using the website
Do not misuse the builder, interfere with the service, upload malicious files or access other customers' files or accounts. Keep your account credentials private. Personal information and uploaded files are handled as described in our privacy policy.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Updated terms will be posted here with a new date; the version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
