Information we receive

We receive information you provide, such as your name, email, billing and delivery details, order contents, account details and messages to support. The builder also processes the files you upload, their filenames, print dimensions, quantities and sheet layouts. Artwork may contain personal information if you put it in the file.

Checkout and payment providers process payment information. Order records include payment status and transaction information. When you visit, Shopify and the services used on the site can also collect device, browser, IP address and interaction data through cookies and similar technologies.

What we use it for

We use information to prepare and print orders, take payment, arrange delivery, restore work in the builder, answer questions, resolve order issues, prevent fraud and keep the site working. We also use website analytics to understand which pages and controls need improvement, and retain records needed for accounting, legal obligations and disputes. Marketing messages are separate from order updates; you can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in a message.

Uploaded artwork and browser storage

Files and print instructions are processed by our upload, storage and order-fulfillment systems. The builder uses browser storage to remember an unfinished order and to carry selected files from the home page into the builder. Clearing browser data can remove that saved work. Use care on a shared device.

Uploading artwork does not transfer its ownership to us. Our permission to handle it for your order is described in the terms of service. Do not include sensitive information in artwork unless it is needed for the print you are ordering.

Service providers and Shopify

We share information as needed with providers that support the store, including Shopify, payment processors, cloud storage and technical services, shipping carriers and customer-support or analytics services. Shopify hosts our store. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled and allows Shopify to combine customer information from this store with information from other merchants to provide enhanced services, including personalization, fraud protection and advertising features. Other merchants do not receive access to our customer records through this feature. Shopify handles information for its own purposes as described in its consumer privacy policy. You can also use Shopify's privacy portal to manage applicable rights directly with Shopify.
